Redesign of Ohio's workforce development system is now under way. Congressional approval of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA), and subsequent General Assembly action, gives Ohio businesses more authority, if they get involved now.

Now the real work begins. Ohio business people - like you - need to seize the opportunities to create a more streamlined, responsive and effective workforce development system. You can be a positive force in shaping Ohio's workforce development system. The choice is yours. The time is now.
