The Ohio Chamber of Commerce is building a coalition of local chambers of commerce and businesses across the state to continue our fight against lawsuit abuse. Members of this coalition will be involved in grassroots efforts to highlight the problems and legislative efforts to restore a competitive business environment in Ohio. Membership in this coalition will include periodic updates of legislation addressing lawsuit abuse, access to testimony and articles about tort reform, links to informational websites, and information on how your chamber can support these legislative initiatives. Members of this coalition will be a powerful voice advocating for civil justice reform at the Ohio statehouse.
