LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITY AND PUBLIC TESTIMONY

The Ohio Chamber staff is constantly working with legislators, the governor, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio to find new and innovative ways to minimize the cost and complexity of Ohio’s workers’ compensation system.

The most recent package of legislative reforms led by the Chamber is conservatively estimated to save Ohio's workers' compensation system $100 million.
