The Ohio Chamber
staff is constantly working with legislators, the governor, the Bureau
of Workers Compensation and the Industrial Commission of Ohio
to find new and innovative ways to minimize the cost and complexity
of Ohios workers compensation system.
The most recent package of legislative reforms led by the Chamber is
conservatively estimated to save Ohio's workers' compensation system
$100 million.
Comprehensive Workers' Compensation Reform Bills
The Ohio Chamber has been a leader in promoting workers compensation
reforms to help trim superfluous expense in the system that unnecessarily
drive up the cost of the system to Ohio employers. Read
