The Chamber Action Alliance program (CAA) is designed to help local chambers across Ohio negotiate the complex web of legislation currently under consideration in the Ohio Legislature while at the same time helping you get more engaged in legislative advocacy and grassroots activities.

Hundreds of bills are introduced each year in both the House and Senate, many of which have a significant impact on the business community. By joining the CAA your chamber and your members receive valuable information that will help update you on three key issue areas (Government Regulations, Workplace Costs and Benefits and Workforce Development) during each two year session of the Ohio General Assembly.

By providing you with information about these issues, you and your members will be able to become educated on the topics we think are most important to the business community and are most likely to receive serious attention from lawmakers.

Each month,  E-Newsletters are sent to members of the CAA program containing the latest information about what’s occurring in the three key issue areas. In addition, these E-Newsletters provide local chambers with specific activities in which you and your members can engage that will assist you in becoming more effective legislative advocates.

By engaging in effective grassroots activities, you will be able to educate your members and ultimately advance a pro-business climate in Ohio. Together we can help ensure Ohio continues transforming and revitalizing our economy by making our state a more attractive place to do business. The Chamber Action Alliance currently has 71 local chamber partners across Ohio. These partners represent 34,000 employers and more than 800,000 employees making the CAA the largest business grassroots network in Ohio.
