Consumer Financial Protection Agency (CFPA) UPDATED April 12, 2010 The Ohio Chamber of Commerce joins the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in opposing the CFPA. We agree that effective consumer protection is important, but this proposal means more government, limits on access to credit for small businesses, and new regulation of nonfinancial services businesses.
