Mr. Blue testified that the work share concept provides greater flexibility benefiting employers, employees and vendors. James Doersam, president of home heating supplier Petron Oil, also testified in support of the bill saying it would allow companies to reduce employee hours and prevent layoffs. Christopher Manegold, CEO of the Economic Development Alliance of Southern Ohio, and Robert Gallagher, director of the Ross County Department of Job and Family Services also testified in support of the bill. |
