• Billing/Payment:

  • We have your rooms set up as Individuals to Pay on Own. Incidentals including parking will be paid Individually, a valid CC will be required upon check-in as a guarantee

  • The hotel offers Valet Parking to all registered guests, and guest attending on-site events. The current parking cost is $45.00 per day with unlimited in and our privileges. For those guests not spending the night a day rate of $23.00 per vehicle is available. We ask that this is communicated to all on-site attendees, facilitators, speakers and vendors for your group.

    • I know previously you have had a handful of guests whose parking you'd like to cover on the Master so please let me know if that is the case for this event as well!
